Bringing a planner on early allows us to build a strong foundation for your wedding — from venue selection and vendor recommendations to design direction and logistics. If you're further along in the planning process, partial planning or coordination services can still provide valuable guidance and support.

I work with couples planning a wide range of celebrations — from intimate gatherings and private estate weddings to full-scale venue celebrations. Whether your vision is traditional, artistic, unconventional, or somewhere in between, my role is to help bring your ideas to life in a way that feels personal and thoughtfully executed.

Yes — and very intentionally so! Much of my experience in the wedding industry was gained while working alongside other planners and businesses, which means many of those events belong to their portfolios rather than my own. Because of that, I’ve chosen to build WiseChild Weddings & Events thoughtfully and ethically, creating original content that truly reflects my work, my approach, and the couples I now serve directly! As new celebrations unfold and collaborations grow, the website will continue to evolve right alongside the business!

Yes! While I’m based in Western North Carolina, I happily travel for weddings and events. Destination celebrations require thoughtful coordination and planning from afar, and I work closely with couples to build the right vendor team and ensure every detail comes together seamlessly.

I intentionally limit the number of weddings I take on each year so I can provide thoughtful attention and personalized support to every couple I work with. It can look different from year to year!
