With a deep appreciation for high-contrast shadows, velvet textures, and the quiet luxury of candlelight, I design events that feel like a cherished memory before they’ve even ended. Based in the heart of Western North Carolina, my approach is editorial yet deeply personal, blending each couple’s story with a sense of refined, romantic elegance.

 

After years of working throughout the wedding industry in a variety of roles alongside talented planners, venues, and vendor teams, I founded WiseChild Weddings & Events to create a planning experience that feels calm, supportive, and genuinely collaborative - and that's simply ME.

My role is to guide the planning process with clarity and care, making sure couples feel supported while every detail — from timelines to tiny design elements — is handled with purpose. Equally important to me is creating a welcoming space for all couples and all love stories. Weddings should be joyful, affirming celebrations, and I’m proud to support and plan events for couples of every background, identity, and orientation.

When I’m not planning weddings, you’ll often find me sewing (a craft I’ve loved for more than 25 years), attending renaissance festivals, playing Dungeons & Dragons with friends, or spending time with my family and my very opinionated cat. Creativity and storytelling have always been part of my life, and I bring that same spirit into every celebration I help create.
